Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pat 1 cup crushed potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
