Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef (1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes)
    2 to 3 onions
    5 carrots
    1 to 2 spears celery
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. tapioca
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 small can mushrooms with liquid
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 can whole tomatoes with liquid
    1/2 c. red wine
    potatoes
Preparation
    Chop vegetables into chunks.
    Mix everything together.
    Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
