Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pint whipping cream (unwhipped)
1/2 stick margarine
6 apples, diced with peeling
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

In large heavy boiler combine flour, sugar, pineapple, and whipping cream. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add margarine, stir until melted. Refrigerate until cool. Fold apples, raisins, and nuts into flour-pineapple mixture. Chill 3 hours.
