3/4 c. skim milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, well beaten
3 Tbsp. canola oil
2 ripe bananas, mashed
cooking spray
