Bread For All Seasons(Like A Cake) - cooking recipe

3/4 c. whole wheat flour (can substitute white)
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrot, apple or zucchini, drained
3/4 c. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine flours, sugars, cinnamon, soda and salt in large bowl.
Beat eggs, oil and vanilla in small bowl; add to dry ingredients and blend.
Stir in carrots, apple or zucchini, chips and walnuts.
Pour into greased and floured 6-cup or 8-cup bundt pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool 30 minutes; remove from pan.
If desired, spread with Cream Cheese Glaze.
