Cookie'S Six Week Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz) box raisin bran
    1 c melted shortening
    3 c sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt buttermilk
    5 c flour
    5 tsp soda
    2 tsp salt
Preparation
    Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs, shortening and buttermilk.
    Mix well. Store in covered container and use as desired.
    For Muffins:
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Batter will keep for 6 weeks.
