King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer or 6 large chicken breasts
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Tostitos tortilla chips
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies and juice (cut up tomatoes)
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    2 to 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts with celery; cool, bone and cut in small pieces.
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender.
    Mix the two soups, onion, green pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes, chili powder and garlic salt in a mixing bowl.
