Club Cracker Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    42 Club crackers
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut or slivered almonds
Preparation
    Place crackers in single layer in foil lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. In saucepan, melt butter; add sugar and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Pour evenly over crackers. Sprinkle with nuts or coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Immediately remove from pan, cutting between crackers. Cool. Store in airtight container.
