Zesty Caribbean Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Combine Crisco, lemon peel, lemon juice, paprika, honey, garlic salt, ginger, oregano and hot pepper sauce in shallow baking dish.
    Stir well.
    Add chicken.
    Coat well.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
    (The longer the chicken marinates, the better the chicken will taste.) Turn chicken occasionally.
    Broil or grill 3 to 5 minutes per side or until the center is no longer pink.
