Rose'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Mozzarella cheese
    boned, skinned chicken breast halves (2 per person)
    1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    melted butter, seasoned with 4 cloves
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. white wine or dry vermouth
Preparation
    Dip breasts in crumbs.
    Brown chicken in garlic butter in large frypan.
    Arrange in large casserole, one layer.
    In same pan (do not wash), brown mushrooms; add white wine and simmer 3 to 5 minutes to get all juices from pan bottom.
    Pour over chicken in casserole.
    Add enough wine to 1/2 cover.
    Dot with small chunks of Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Cover if dish appears to be drying out.
    Can be made ahead except for baking.
