Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 c. thinly sliced green peppers
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix salt, celery seed, vinegar and sugar.
Pour this mixture over sliced vegetables and place in covered dish in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Best is made day before or at least several hours.
