Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 center cut pork chops
4 slices onion
4 slices green pepper
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
4 Tbsp. uncooked rice
Preparation

Season chops to taste and brown in small amount of fat on both sides.
Place in baking dish just large enough to hold your chops. On top of each chop, place a slice of onion, green pepper and 1 tablespoon of rice.
Mix beef consomme and water.
Pour over all. Cover and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
