Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/8 sticks butter
    5 egg yolks
    4 c. milk
    5 rounded Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt brown sugar and butter on stove.
    Mix yolks, milk, flour and salt well with blender.
    Pour yolks, milk, flour and salt mixture into melted sugar and butter and cook over low heat until thick; stir often.
    Pour into two 9-inch cooled baked pie crusts. Top with your favorite meringue recipe.
