Mango Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 mango (about 1 lb.), coarsely chopped
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (7 oz.) jar crystallized ginger
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients in a saucepan to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until slightly thickened, about 45 minutes.
