Stove Top Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baking potatoes
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese or mixed
    1 pod garlic, chopped fine
    salt
Preparation
    Cut stems and lower bottom leaves from artichoke.
    Cut approximately 1 1/2 inches from top leaves.
    Soak in cold, salted water for about 30 minutes; drain on paper towels.
    Stuff each leaf with stuffing.
    Steam in large pot or roasting pan.
    Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil on top of stuffed artichoke before steaming.
