Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, washed, drained and squeezed out
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar thoroughly and sugar is completely dissolved.
    Pour over sauerkraut, pepper, celery and pimentos; mix.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for approximately 1 month.
