Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag drained sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper and/or red
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, but sugar.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Mix well again before serving.
    Serves 8.
