Chicken And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 soup can water
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 can boned chicken
    1 c. raw rice (do not use instant)
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and pepper; pour off fat.
    Add soups, chicken, rice and water.
    Simmer about 20 minutes, until the rice is soft.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Great for office luncheons!!!
