Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few grinds black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice cucumbers.
    In a deep bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Add cucumber slices.
    Cover with plate and a weight.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
    Drain slices to serve.
