Crispy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fish fillets (cod or catfish)
    low sodium Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dip
    fillet
    in
    oleo and lemon juice; press in cracker crumbs.
    Spray
    cookie
    sheet
    with low-fat spray to keep fish from sticking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
