Kathryn'S Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground venison
    2/3 c. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    5 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape into 10 compact rolls, approximately 12-inches long (1 pound each).
    Place the rolls on a wire rack with a drip pan.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
