Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 partially baked pie crust
1 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. shredded low-fat Swiss cheese
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green peas, cooked until just barely tender
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Toss cheese and onion with flour.
(Use waxed paper and save a clean-up job.)
Spread chicken and peas on bottom of crust; sprinkle with cheese-onion mixture.
Combine and beat eggs, milk, garlic salt and pepper until well mixed (not frothy).
Pour over other ingredients in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set and top is lightly browned.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
