Pan Greaser - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup solid shortening
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Place in an airtight container and place in refrigerator. Use to coat cake pans before adding batter to keep from sticking.
