Chicken Wings Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. fat
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shoyu (soy sauce)
    1/4 c. sherry
    dash of Accent (m.s.g.)
    1 small clove garlic, mashed
Preparation
    Fry wings in fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove lid and increase heat until liquid is almost gone.
