Nectarine Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish baked pie shell
    10 oz. frozen strawberries
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. fresh nectarines, sliced
Preparation
    Cook together until thickened strawberries, cornstarch and lemon juice; cool.
    Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar; stir in whipped cream.
    Spread in bottom of cooled pie shell.
    Place sliced nectarines on top of base in pie shell.
    Top with cooled, cooked strawberry topping.
    Chill before serving.
