Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. celery, cut fine
    1 small can pimientos, cut fine
    1/2 c. onion, cut fine
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix kraut, celery, onions, pimientos and Wesson oil.
    Put in covered bowl.
    Put sugar over top of this mixture.
    Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Stir next morning.
