Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Prince fettuccine
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. whipping cream
11/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
dash of pepper

Preparation

Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
While fettuccine cooks, heat butter and cream in a small saucepan until butter melts over low heat.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Keep warm over low heat.
Drain fettucine; pour into bowl. Pour sauce over noodles.
Toss until noodles are coated.
