Bacon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pie pan (10 x 1 1/2-inch). Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pan.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until knife inserted in center and edges comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and serve.
