Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boned, cooked chicken
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry)
green pepper
tomatoes (whole canned, diced or juice)
rice
Preparation

Sprinkle dry dressing to boned chicken and mix with fork to coat.
Add green pepper, chopped.
Cook rice until half done.
Put in casserole.
Pour chicken mixture over rice, spreading evenly. Pour tomatoes as desired over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly and pepper is done to taste.
