Microwave Savory Ribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 chicken flavored bouillon envelope
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips (optional)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. or can sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    5 pork chops or country ribs
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole, cook onion, green pepper and oil (covered) on High, stirring once.
    Add paprika and cook 1 more minute.
    Stir in undrained sauerkraut, tomato sauce, brown sugar, bouillon and caraway seed.
    Tuck in pork chops.
    Cook, covered, on High for 35 to 40 minutes or until meat is fork-tender, turning ribs over and rearranging after 15 minutes.
