Italian Calzones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 jar Ragu traditional pizza quick sauce
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. diced pepperoni slices
Preparation

Filling:
In skillet, brown ground beef, sausage and mushrooms.
Drain.
Stir in 1/2 jar pizza quick and pepperoni. Set aside.
