Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. picante sauce (medium; Pace brand)
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese (hot or mild Mexican)
    Old El Paso large tortillas (refrigerated brand)
Preparation
    Cream together the first five ingredients.
    Fold in 1 cup grated hot or mild Mexican Velveeta cheese.
    Spread mixture onto flour tortillas.
    Roll up tightly and refrigerate overnight. Slice into pinwheels.
    Serve with picante sauce.
