White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium white onion
    1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. ground oregano
    2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 (15.8 oz.) cans Great Northern beans (undrained)
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 (5 oz.) cans chicken, drained
Preparation
    In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add finely chopped onion; saute until brown.
    In a large stockpot, add onions and next 7 ingredients; stir until well blended.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 8 to 10.
