Spinach Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese (low-fat)
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese (part-skim), shredded (about 1/2 c.)
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/8 tsp. each nutmeg and pepper
    4 oz. jumbo pasta shells (16)
    2 c. marinara sauce
Preparation
    Prepare marinara sauce.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook pasta shells according to label.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Fill each shell with mix (about 1 tablespoon per shell) and place in baking dish lined with sauce.
    Pour sauce over shells.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
