Cous-Cous And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    4 carrots
    2 ribs celery
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkg. cous-cous (1 1/2 c.)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop the vegetables and mix with olive oil, cumin and cinnamon.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Roast uncovered in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times during cooking.
    In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas and stir well.
