Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cake flour, sifted with 3/4 c. sugar, sifted 4 times
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until they will hold a stiff peak.
    Gradually add sugar (beat on low).
    Add cream of tartar, vanilla and almond extract.
    Gradually fold in very carefully and slowly the flour mixture.
