Apple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 to 5 apples, pared and cut small
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until well blended.
Add oil; beat well.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly; do not overbeat. Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in a well-greased 11 x 15-inch sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
