Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 (13 1/2 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs
5 whole eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Mix crumbs and baking powder.
Add to mixture and beat well.
Add milk and vanilla. Stir in coconut, pineapple and nuts.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
My family likes it with ice cream.
