Crunchy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. grated cheese (your choice)
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain and mash.
    Add sour cream, butter and egg.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add onion, seasoning and a little milk (if it needs thinning).
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Combine cornflakes, cheese and melted butter.
    Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
