Cheesy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic powder and pepper.
    With mixer, beat until fluffy.
    Pour in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
