Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut into pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
    Arrange chicken in baking pan and pour over the lemon and oil mixture. Cover and bake until tender.
    Baste occasionally.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer to allow chicken to brown.
