Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and bones removed (I use 7 to 8 breasts or thighs instead)
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth (I use Campbell's double strength)
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation

Make mixture of chicken, tomatoes, soups, broth and onion. Then layer in a casserole dish tortilla chips, chicken mixture, cheese and repeat.
End with cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for about 30 minutes.
