Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut in florets
    1 lb. broccoli, cut in florets
    1 bunch green onions, chopped, or 1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 stalks sliced celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing
    sliced mushrooms
    sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; toss to coat.
    Cover. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
