Hall'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and cocoa in one bowl.
    Beat eggs in a small bowl.
    Add salad oil to these ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla to eggs and mix into the dry ingredients.
    Add baking soda in hot water last.
    Mix in.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Use toothpick to test for doneness.
