Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. canned salmon (skinned, boxed, flaked)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients.
    Roll into log and chill several hours.
    Combine pecans and parsley.
    Roll chilled log in nut mixture to coat.
    Serve with crackers.
