Cubed Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 can mushroom soup
    Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in oil.
    Add tomato juice.
    Pressure cook 45 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
    Add mushroom soup (undiluted). Serve over rice.
