Country Style Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several lb. country style spareribs
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Bake spareribs 1 hour at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0, then pour off fat.
Mix remaining ingredients together and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour the sauce over ribs and baste occasionally for 2 to 3 hours or longer at 250\u00b0.
