Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt (don't need)
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. pasteurized cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
Preparation
    Combine the first eleven ingredients.
    Form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Place in lightly buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole.
