Raspberry-Almond Dream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. individually frozen raspberries
1 (8 oz.) container nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
frozen nondairy whipped topping (for garnish, optional)
Preparation

Place raspberries in blender or food processor.
Whirl until pureed.
Place whipped topping in large bowl.
Gradually fold in raspberry puree, confectioners sugar and almond extract.
Spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
Garnish with dollop of whipped topping, if you wish.
