Egg And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    8 bacon slices, fried and crumbled
    1 medium tomato, sliced
    5 slices American cheese
    3 eggs, separated and at room temperature
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving:
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Unroll rolls and separate into triangles.
    Arrange in 9-inch pie plate to make crust, pressing edges together; flute edge.
    Sprinkle bacon over bottom.
    Top with tomato slices, then cheese.
